Shopping - While shopping in the store section of this website, simply click the "add-to-cart" button located near the item you plan to purchase. You can continue to shop or check out. The Tree order form is a simple secure web form. Simply complete the form and proceed to check out.
Completing your order - When you choose to complete your order, you will be taken to a "secure" web page. This web site uses one of the highest grades of SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology available, 128 bit government strength. Your personal and credit information can only be decoded by Manistee Conservation District.
Once we receive your credit card order, we will notify you or contact you if you requested to make further arrangements if necessary.
Shipping: We DO not ship trees. After ordering trees, a confirmation and order number will be sent to you including pick up information. Pick-up date is set for FRIDAY, APRIL 13 from 1-7pm and SATURDAY, APRIL 14 from 9-2pm at the Goodells County Park. Orders not picked up will be held for 3 business days past pick-up day, after that they will be sold unless we have heard from you. Please call us if you will not be able to pick up your trees. Books and pamphlets have a standard shipping rate of $7.00 per book.
Return Policy - If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you received from Manistee Conservation District, please notify us immediately. Trees may not be returned due to the fact that, we receive them from the suppliers with no guarantee. The return shippng charges will not be reimbursed.
When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation, although not necessary for the reason of return. All returned merchandise still must be undamaged and completely sellable.
If the product you received is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of your receipt for your replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
This web site will store a few details about you while you are shopping.
The site administrator takes all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized access to the information is granted. The shopping cart software can collect and/or place the following information: Cookies and IP Address. This is so the cart can 'remember' you when using the store. This also protects you as a shopper and us as a company when identifying that the user who purchases is indeed authentic. This information will only be used if you misuse any features in the store or in any dispute. The site administrator is able to ban shoppers e-mail address. The store administrator will take all reasonable measures to ensure that any information you provide confidentially is kept confidential. We do not sell or provide customer information to anyone.
Manistee Conservation District may collect and save your e-mail for future correspondence with you. Manistee Conservation District does not sell your e-amil address or share it with a 3rd party.
